Former bantamweight champion Brian Bowles WEC did not get the UFC title shot he had hoped, but it becomes a struggle that will certainly give you a No. 1 contender with a victory.
UFC officials said Thursday night that Bowles will face former featherweight champion Urijah Faber at UFC 139.
Although not officially announced UFC 139 will take place November 19 at HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif. The event is scheduled to have a title fight heavyweight Cain Velasquez field and leading contender Junior Dos Santos.
